I bought these water shoes before a trip to the French Riviera. They arrived on time. I am 6 foot 1 inch male and usually wear 11.5 men’s sneakers. I ordered 11.5 men’s size and they fit great! The adjustable laces tighten just enough to keep the shoes in well even when swimming hard. The soles handled the rocky, pebbly, and sandy beaches equally well. The grip is great, even on slippery surfaces underwater. The shoes drain easily and are easy to clean. You can even throw these shoes in the washing machine! These shoes were also comfortable enough to walk back several blocks to a restaurant or to the hotel without having to change into other shoes. Highly recommend these shoes and I would buy them again!
